Returns, Refunds & Fit Assurance Policy
Thank you for shopping with Generation God Clothing. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and confident experience with every order. Please read our policies carefully to understand your options.
1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final sale unless the item is defective.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference. Instead, we provide Fit Assurance (see Section 4).
If your item is defective or faulty:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery at hi@generationclo.co

Please include clear photos of the defect and your order number.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

It must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all claims and determine eligibility.
2. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. Please understand that after this point we no longer have control of the parcel.
Generation God Clothing is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
That said, we genuinely care about our customers and will assist where possible.
If your parcel is lost or marked as delivered but not received:

We will help investigate with the courier and provide guidance where possible
Resolution Support
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost or stolen:

We are unable to offer free replacements or refunds

However, we may offer a one-time reshipment at a discounted rate (up to 30% off) as a goodwill gesture

This approach allows us to support customers fairly while protecting the sustainability of the business.
3. SALE & PROMOTIONAL PERIOD POLICY
All items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount periods are FINAL SALE.

No returns, exchanges, or Fit Assurance claims apply to sale items

Please ensure sizing and product details are reviewed carefully before purchasing during sale periods.
4. FIT ASSURANCE POLICY
At Generation, we understand buying online can make sizing tricky. That’s why we introduced Fit Assurance — to give you peace of mind when ordering.
This policy exists to protect you from genuine sizing problems that make an item unwearable or clearly not as intended — while keeping it fair and sustainable for all customers.
Important Notes – Please Read Before Claiming

Fit Assurance is not for change of mind or style preference. Example: wanting a more oversized or slimmer fit when the item matches the size ordered will not be covered.

Coverage applies if the fit is visibly wrong or not as expected based on standard sizing guidelines. Example: sleeves significantly shorter or longer than standard tolerance (±2–3 cm).

Approval is at Generation's discretion. Claims are assessed carefully with the photos you provide, comparing the fit to our intended product measurements and typical industry fit standards. If the fit is clearly outside the expected range, you’ll be covered by Fit Assurance.

One item per order is eligible under Fit Assurance.

Sale or clearance items may be excluded from this policy.

Claims that show misuse or repeat abuse will be denied.
How It Works

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Claim must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

If approved, you’ll receive store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping or discounts).

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.
How to Claim

Our team will review the claim and respond promptly.
This policy is designed to remove fear when ordering, while ensuring genuine fit problems are resolved fairly.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge.

Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 35% fee to cover admin, processing, and production costs that have already gone into preparing your item.

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has shipped or pending shipment.
